This is not a typical blog, this some frustration I couldn't handle of continuous lock-down. Gyms are closed and there is no hope for the gym to open in any scenario. Seeing gyms open in other countries makes me more jealous and day by day it is losing hope of gyms opening under any guidelines or scenarios. From the past four months, I have been training with a set of dumbells. day by day I feel like losing strength and muscle. I have been increasing the workout but now it feels like nothing's working and hope for gym opening is dying. I have been increasing reps for every time and it has increased so much that it now feels exhausting. For example- I have been doing 120 reps of bicep curls and day by day increasing. Let's see what happens next.
