Finally Joined A Gym 😊🥳💪


Finally, I joined a gym near my locality.It has been a week I have been training. Feeling great and sore again after a long long break from resistance training. It has been 7 months away from training. Totally detrained and lost a lot of muscle and gained some fat. I have prepared myself to regain my strength in 3 months, in upcoming blogs I will show the program and diet I am gonna follow. I could have joined 1 month back but due to the corona crisis, I took time to make my parents understand that I will be safe in the gym. But Finally, the gyms opened now I am in relief and much more happy. For my muscle and strength regain I will use the Body Recomposition method. During this vital time of lost dedication and discipline that I used to have earlier, Muscle Memory will be the greatest weapon for me and all those natural lifters who have been training for a while. Due to Muscle Memory we can see results faster and this will be our main source of motivation. And this motivation will lead to me to dicipline. In my next blog I will show my diet and training.
