My Current Workout In Lock down 😣

Lockdown workout
Currently, everyone is suffering from this lockdown situation. Keep faith and everything will be fine soon. Focus on what you can do during this lockdown. In this blog, I am going to share what I am doing in this lockdown to retain my fitness. Currently, I am doing my exercises using my old pair dumbells. The workout split am using is full-body workout split and further divided it into two categories
Workout A:-
1.Chest-
              a.Normal Push-Up -25reps
              b.Inclined Push-Up -30reps
2.Arms-
              a.Dumbell Curl-40reps
              b.Hamer School-30reps
              c.Tricep Dips-50reps
              d.Dumbell Kickback-60reps
*All reps for both arms eg. 40reps= 20reps on one arm and 20reps on another
3.Shoulders-
               a.Reverse Delt Flys-30reps
4.Back-
               a.Dumbell Holds(holding dumbell rows position)-40sec
5.Legs-
               a. Leg Extention Holds with Dumbells-40sec
               b.Squat-40reps
               c.Calve Raise-20reps

Workout A:-
1.Chest-
              a.Declined Push-Up -35reps
2.Arms-
              a.Dumbell Twist Curl-40reps
              b.Single Arm Tricep Extention-50reps
*All reps for both arms eg. 40reps= 20reps on one arm and 20reps on another
3.Shoulders-
               a.Lateral Raise-30reps
               b.Front Raise-40reps
4.Back-
               a.Bhujangasana(Cobra pose) hold-40sec
               b.Dumbell Shrugs-80reps
5.Legs-
               a.Stiff Leg Dumbell Deadlift-40reps

In these Workouts, I have tried to cover all the muscle groups. one more thing that the numbers I have given are for myself. If you are going to use this split keep in mind every time you repeat each workout you have increase the volume(progressive overload)
