How I am managing during this lock-down 😔

Initially, I thought that this lockdown will end soon but it keeps on increasing. It has been I haven't worked out. And see what happened, I only gained fat. Now, its time that I start home workouts. I have my workouts in push, pull, legs split. Some people who gain weight like me should eat in maintenance calories and for people who cannot gain weight should stay in a surplus of calories.
