Corona Ruined My Bulking 😤😞

As you have been knowing that I ended my cutting in January. I started with the target of gaining weight till 90 kgs, with that increasing my bench press, deadlift, and squat. Now all gyms in my country(India) are closed down due to safety measures for this virus. In starting I felt hopeless because it happened so suddenly that I got confused about what to do next. Now I think that It is a small period of rest for me and my CNS(central nervous system). Since I have been training for 2 years now. It might be a forceful rest for all of us.

Now, what we can do is look up to our diet regulations for:-

For people wanting to lose weight
Don't try to go too hard on macros at this crucial time it is difficult to arrange food.
Be in 300-500 cal deficit

For people wanting to maintain weight
Be in your maintenance calories don't overdo protein. As a natural athlete, your muscle memory will help you regain the muscle back again.

For people wanting to gain weight
I don't think gaining weight during this nonexercising period is great because the weight you are gonna gain is mostly going to be water or fat mixed with some muscle.

Make sure you are getting all essential micronutrients so, your immunity stays strong.
