Bulk Started ✌✌



It's been such a long time that I was cutting down on body fat. But now its time to bulk and eat hell loads of food, get my tummy back. This time I want to focus more on building my arms because in this cut I saw that my arms lack size. My arms had a quiet of a definition but size matters!!!

My calorie starting will be 3340 cals
   Protein=170g-180g
   Carbs=430g-450g
   Fats=110g-115g

I am an Indian so I have some vegetarian days which consists of no meat and eggs, so my macros will be like:-
                                 3460cals
                         Protein=180
                         Carbs=330
                         Fats=160
I know fats are quite high due to the consumption of more cheese and  more peanut butter

Next blog I will show you my Workout split and tell you about some special technique.
