How To Manage Fitness During Exams


EXAMS!! this becomes a major excuse when we don't want to go to the gym. From now you don't have any excuse because of the protocol which  I follow during my exams. What I do is go to the gym on exam days. This might seem absurd to you but there is a reason why I do this. After my exam is over I straight away go to the gym without wasting any time because this is the time when you are not going to study. During this 1-2 hours after the exam is the time you don't feel like doing anything,
but trust me, guys, after spending 15-20 mins in the gym you feel quite relaxed to carry on the rest of the workout. During exams, I use multi-body part training due to the fact that it covers all of the body parts in less no. of gym days. Coming to the diet for me, I usually eat around my maintenance calories because I gain weight(fat) very easily. So for people who gain very hard should eat above there maintenance for like above 500 calories.
