Last week was on fire

This blog is not a usual blog. This blog is about something I wanted to share about the last week which I trained in the gym alone. The previous week I was having my exams, so I decided to go to the gym exactly when I came from the exam center so that I could study after that. During these exam days, I went to the gym in the noon(12pm). The gym was completely empty therefore I could train in my rest time periods and do not have to wait for anyone to leave the machine. The pump during these days which I created was insane. Although you should never train for the pump, you should always train with proper mind-muscle connection(MMC in the next one) and focus on breaking the muscle. I did everything of my own, no one was there to interrupt me or disturb me. The feeling was great. That's all I wanted to express in this blog(the feeling).
