How I transit from a bulk to a cut

It is always recommended that you should never drop down calories suddenly. So, what I did is initially dropped my calories to 3200 from 3500, I did this for 2 days. Then I went to 3000 calories which were near my maintenance calories. Then I took some days off to just give my body(gut) some rest. It was like days with moderate protein and a good amount of home-cooked food. Right now I am at 2700 calories and in coming days I will drop down to 2500-2400 calories. Then I will start carb cycling. I will let you know about Carb Cycling in the next one.
