End Of Bulk

So, the bulk ended and this is my final physique. I went from 77kg to 83kg during these 12 weeks. During my bulk, I was primarily focusing on my legs. I had two leg days and one separate calves day. I like to Bulk for shorter periods and then go back to cut again. My diet consisted of 3500 calories. I enjoyed this bulk, this was like my first bulk my next bulk will start on January most probably end of Jan. I will update you with my cut in the next one. Till then stay strongπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
