My Diet Update




In the last diet update blog, I was at 3330 calories but now my weight has increased and my calories have also increased slightly to 3500 calories 

My macros are Protein-180g
                         Carbohydrate-447g
                         Fats-110g
 Sometimes I do switch up my fats and carbs accordingly to hit 3500 calories but I keep my protein pretty much the same.
