Bicep workout



Start with weights with which you can complete 10 reps for 3 sets(for beginners ) and for intermediates increase the weights and slowly decrease the reps. In this workout, 2 heads of biceps are targeted. Have controlled motion, do not use momentum and use moderate weight. Keep in mind the next workout do a bit more (progressive overload)
