Progressive overload

When it comes to bodybuilding you have to always shock your muscles with something new every time. So, one of the most researched and effective methods of muscle growth is progressive overload.
This is a great way to ensure growth.

To apply PO you should do something extra the next time you are hitting the same muscle group.
For eg:
In this week I did a deadlift of 100kg for 10 reps, the next time I will di 11 reps and keep on progressing until I feel to increase the weight and so on.
