There are times when I have to go out on a vacation and I cannot take my gym to the place to where I am going. So, here's what I do
For workout -
What I do is complete all the body parts before I go on a vacation. What this does that it gives me satisfaction that I have completed all the muscle parts. You can do this, if you have less time and you have more no. of muscle groups, you can hit those muscle which you think are important. The most important is that you should be satisfied. When you on vacation if you get time, do full body workout. Do 1-2 sets per muscle group. If you don't get time, that's ok enjoy your vacation.
For diet -
When you on vacation you can't really be on your regular diet just try to estimate calories. Try to eat above your maintenance calories, so that you don't lose muscle. Carry your protein supplements with you, if you don't have supplements eat 6-8 egg whites they are available everywhere. Don't make it too harsh just estimate.
Everything is fine and won't hurt if you get back on track after the vacation.
