My diet update


       Currently, I am on a bulking diet which means I am gaining weight. But for the last 4 months, I  was cutting. For those who don't know diet works, there are 2 phases of dieting, one is cutting and another is bulking. There is another phase which is body recomposition(I will cover it in the next one) .**

For now, my total daily calories are 3330. It is according to my BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate), in simple words it is according to my height and weight.

My macros are Protein-170g
                         Carbohydrate-425g
                         Fats-105g
In the next blogs, I will be explaining what are macros and how the work.

** I want you to make you clear that I am100% natural athlete I don't use any kind of drugs to build my physique. These phases which I have mentioned are for natural athletes, I have no idea for people using drug/steroid. I want to make clear that I am not against any steroid user, it is their own personal choice.
