How To Achieve that V-Taper Physique

This photo is from my last cut(calorific deficit). This was the time I was ending my cut phase.

To achieve a V taper you must have to train your back and shoulders. While training always create a good mind-muscle connection for your lats and train all the heads of your shoulder.

KEY FOR INTERMEDIATES:-pose the lat spread after completion of a set of lats.
